What is your Pet Policy?
We welcome pets with certain restrictions. Exotic animals are not permitted. Service animals for individuals with disabilities are allowed with appropriate third-party medical verification.
For the safety of our community, dogs with known aggressive or high-risk tendencies are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, breeds such as Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, and any wolf hybrids (full or mixed). We do not have a limit on weight. For more questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office staff.
Who should apply for an apartment?
Anyone over the age of 18 must complete an application. Dependents under 18 are not required to apply, but they do need to be listed on the lease.
What do you look for in an applicant?
We partner with an independent screening company that views credit, rental and employment history allowing a fair process for every individual.
Do you allow walk ins?
Yes! We allow both walk ins and appointments.
Do you offer self guided tours?
No, we do not offer self guided tours. All tours are guided by our leasing agents.
What Amenities are available?
At Joshua Hills, residents enjoy a variety of amenities, including a pool, fitness center, BBQ grills, parcel lockers, business center, courtyard, parking and a clubhouse available for private reservations.
Can I rent out the clubhouse for private parties?
Yes! We allow residents to book our clubhouse space for an event for a fee and from 9 am - 10pm
Can I sublet my apartment?
We do not allow subletting.
Are utilities included?
Gas and Electric are not included in your lease. That must be set up through a through seperate gas and electric companies.
What is the move out process?
We require a 60 day notice for non renewals and lease breaks.
